Previous experience in the below is a must.

1. Complete oversight of the implementation of ODOO ERP system.
2. Conduct gap analyses to identify existing functionalities versus company requirements.
3. Determining Development Strategy in terms of system scopes and objectives based on the company requirements covering all business entities in the organization.
4. Facilitate structured Root Cause Analysis, Requirements and Brainstorming sessions to tackle complex business cases and able to translate that into technical specifications.
5. Measure system performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
6. Oversee and apply on-going maintenance and improvement related system.
7. Continuously give updates of the system to ensure it provides company with proper business solutions and accurate results.
8. Follow up with employees to identify issues and work on the needed solutions.
   

Requirements

• +6 years experience.
• Master/Bachelor Degree.
• Proven track record in developing, implementing and managing Odoo ERP Software Projects
